Partner Success Story: NCRI

Describe Your Business

NCRI, short for National Catastrophe Restoration, Inc., is the only woman-owned, multi-location, ISO-certified full-service restoration and reconstruction contractor in the United States. Headquartered in Kansas, NCRI operates nationwide, servicing commercial clients in all 50 states and select U.S. territories. With nearly 100 full-time employees—including cross-trained and certified technicians in restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, and content services—NCRI is built to respond quickly and effectively to both natural and man-made disasters.

How Has Accelerent Helped Your Business

NCRI joined Accelerent nearly a decade ago, and the impact has been far-reaching. While it’s difficult to assign an exact dollar amount to business generated, the value lies in the deep, trust-based relationships developed over time. These connections have opened doors to hundreds of high-level contacts across Kansas City—relationships that often extend far beyond Accelerent’s formal platform, leading to long-term business opportunities and secondary referrals.

How Much Business Have You Given During Your Time with Accelerent?

Quantifying business given is equally challenging, because much of it grows organically from trusted relationships. Over the past nine years, NCRI has made countless referrals—sometimes directly, sometimes indirectly—as part of an interconnected web of trusted partnerships that continues to expand.

How Much Business Have You Received During Your Time with Accelerent?

Conservatively, Accelerent-generated business has reached into the millions over the years. But beyond initial referrals, many of these opportunities evolved into wider networks of influence. Introductions from one Accelerent partner often lead to others—sometimes at new companies, sometimes through unrelated opportunities—all of which stem from the strong foundation of trust Accelerent fosters.

What Advice Do You Have for New or Prospective Accelerent Partners?

To new partners: Show up. Be involved. Make the effort to build real relationships, and go beyond the events—grab coffee, attend social functions, and be present. If you’re fully invested, the results will follow.

To prospective partners: Take the leap. When NCRI joined, it was just Justin Maxson representing the company—no sales team, no executive bench. Today, NCRI has a full sales staff and executive team, and Accelerent played a major role in that growth. The platform is intentionally designed to encourage high involvement—and that’s exactly what drives its ROI.

Any Final Thoughts?

One of the most valuable aspects of Accelerent has been the executive-level roundtables—professional development forums that function like an informal board of advisors. Being able to regularly connect with seasoned, successful leaders to navigate challenges and opportunities has not only helped NCRI grow revenue—it’s helped Justin grow as an executive.
