Wellspring Community

Wellspring Community, established in 2008, serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the Denver metro area. Our mission is to create a community where adults with I/DD are empowered to live full, productive, and satisfying lives in a God-centered environment. Our mission is accomplished through three key initiatives: a robust day program, meaningful work opportunities, and innovative residential services. Within our work opportunities, Wellspring operates a coffee shop and market, called the Castle Rock Collective, a full commercial bakery, an art studio and a print shop. What started as a small operation in the home kitchen of our founder where her daughter and three of her friends learned to bake cookies has grown into a full-time, year-round program serving over 133 adults with I/DD from 7 different counties with a dedicated site in Castle Rock, CO.
