Founded in 1914 by John T. Lynch, then Fire Chief of Kansas City, Superior Moving Service has proudly served the community for over 111 years. What began as a local moving company has evolved into a full-service commercial services partner, trusted by companies across Kansas City and beyond.

Now under the ownership of John and Ruth Keenan, who acquired the company from the Lynch family, Superior Moving has expanded its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of today’s commercial clients. While moving remains at the core of what they do, the company has grown into a comprehensive commercial services provider, offering warehousing, relocation project management, design studio support, office decommissioning and disposal, installation, and specialized FF&E services.
