Delta Business Advisors (Delta) is a boutique company that facilitates the sale or acquisition of privately held Main Street and Lower Middle Market companies – with an emphasis on Arizona businesses with revenues between $3 million to $50 million. Although our main focus is on the sale of a business, an owner’s personal, professional and financial goals must be identified prior to going to market. Similarly, for business acquisitions, these goals in addition to the company culture must be understood. If goals are not identified and known, then the likelihood of finding the right type of buyer (or business if an acquisition) at the right time for the right value is significantly reduced.
