C Squared Solutions began operation in October 2011 with four partners. The company still has four partners but has added eight principals to the team. The firm is expanding rapidly with new principals being added. Our team members are CEOs, COOs, CFOs and GMs.
We provide interim and fractional C-level leaders across the US and Canada. Interim work is usually full time over 6-8 months filling a C-level gap while the client recruits. Fractional work is part-time, where we become part of the client management team on a long-term basis. In both cases we may provide project management as well as staff supervisory roles.
The profile of our team members is someone who has started a business, run a business, and sold a business; thus, completing the entire ownership cycle. We all possess substantial operating and financial experience and many graduate degrees.
We are industry agnostic with clients in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, technology, food manufacturing, software, professional services, and not for profit organizations. Within these industries we have been through several M&A transactions, including both buy-side and sell-side. We have completed IPOs, SPACs, and secondary offerings. To date we have assisted more than $8 billion in new capital raise.
We pride ourselves in our culture which supports a robust, shared intellectual property pool. This allows us to take on complex projects and clients where the shared knowledge is broader than any one person may have. We have done this in privately owned, PE backed, and VC backed companies.
