Senior Resource Connectors

SRC provide education, outreach and resources primarily directed to the adult children of parents who are navigating the challenges associated with aging.

We are a coalition of trusted, experienced and vetted businesses who serve these families from a variety of industries- legal, care giving and care coordination, senior living, real estate, financial advisors, insurance and many other verticals. We have come together with one point of contact to coordinate our outreach to these families in need.

Families receive a personalized experience with our concierge when they reach out to us. Our concierge guides and offers resources as families need the help with direction. They come to us exhausted, overwhelmed and emotional- our role is to relieve that stress and exhaustion for them and with sensitivity and compassion, help them create a game plan, or what we call, an “Aging Plan” and support them during this season of their life.

Adult children are deeply involved in caring for their parents while in many cases, still launching their own children. These are truly the much talked about “Sandwich Generation.” Their employment, personal relationships, and finances are greatly impacted by the needs of their loved ones.

SRC addresses these issues by offering outreach, resources and education to the families directly through our digital campaign and community programming. Employers and communities of faith have begun engagement with us as they experience these challenges with these families. Employers are experiencing tremendous loss of performance, production and retention as these “Sandwich Kids” struggle to navigate all of the added responsibilities. They want to offer hope and resources- SRC is that one consolidated place that can meet the needs of families, the employers and communities of faith.
