Diamondback Healthcare Center is a 70-bed upscale short-term post-acute inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the Algodon Center adjacent to Banner Estrella Medical Center.  We cater to patients who require 24/7 skilled nursing and therapeutic recovery from surgeries, orthopedic fractures, cardiac events and other illnesses and injuries. Our multidisciplinary care team includes licensed professional nurses, physical, occupational, speech, recreational therapists and board-certified medical specialists.  We take pride in providing the highest quality in comprehensive, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care, uniquely catered to individuals needs and abilities.  Diamondback is proud to be one of the few all-private room facilities in the Phoenix metropolitan area that can care for high acuity patients.  Special features include a respiratory therapy unit for those needing specialized ventilator and tracheostomy services as well as an on-site dialysis unit.
