Merchant Advocate is a consultant and advisor to organizations that accept credit card payments from their customers and clients, with the purpose of lowering costs. We reduce the fees our clients pay to accept credit card payments WITHOUT changing merchant processors. Since our founding in 2006, we have saved our clients more than $300 million in excess merchant fees!
Merchant Advocate's service is performance-based, meaning we generate savings for our clients and share in those savings. We only make money by adding positively to our clients' bottom lines. The analysis of all merchant statements is free. All clients’ merchant statements are audited monthly to ensure rates and fees stay low, errors are uncovered, necessary credits are requested and any workplace procedural errors that cause additional charges are identified so team members can be properly trained. Merchant Advocate also provides RFP assistance when a situation arises that necessitates a processor switch.
