JR & Co.

In 1986, John and Kristi Schuller established JR Roofing in La Mars, IA. as a sole proprietorship. The company was later incorporated, and in 2000 they moved the headquarters to Kansas City, Mo. and changed the name to JR&Co., Inc.

In 2017, Jonathan Schilling, a long time JR& Co. employee, purchased the company. Since then, JR&Co. has grown into one of the nation’s top 50 Commercial roofing companies and has added locations in Colorado Springs, Co., Bonita Springs, FL, Nashville, TN and Wichita, KS. In addition, we have expanded our capabilities to do much more than roofing by adding a fully integrated Sheet Metal Shop, as well as Solar System Installation, and Roof restoration applications.

Our approach is to build trust through great service and help our clients extend the life of their existing roof assets and assisting them with options when it is necessary to reroof, by providing educated options based upon the client’s individual needs.
